Charles Dorton

Charles began working at Russell Massey in 1976. He has over 35 years of insurance experience. He is a graduate of Western Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. He is actively involved with the Independents Insurance Agents & Brokers of South Carolina where he previously served as president from 1998 until 1999.

Melody joined Russell-Massey in 1996 with previous business experience. She has obtained the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow designation which is held in high regard in the life insurance industry, and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Will joined Russell Massey in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1993. He is actively involved in the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and a board member on the Independents Insurance Agents of Greater Columbia. Currently, Will is the President of the Big Thursday Club in Chapin, SC. He also enjoys coaching in the Chapin/Irmo Recreation Machine Pitch baseball league.

Ben graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. In 2004, he joined Russell Massey with previous business experience. Currently, Ben is the President of the Camden Jaycees. He is also an active member of the Independents Insurance Agents of Greater Columbia where he served as President from 2006 until 2008.

Dow joined Russell-Massey in 2008 with over 8 years of personal, commercial, life and health insurance experience. Dow graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English. Presently, he is an active member with the Independents Insurance Agents of Greater Columbia and serves on the board of directors for Child Evangelism Fellowship. Dow is married with 2 boys.

Adam joined Russell-Massey with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry as an independent agent and a company executive.  After attending Irmo High School, he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Political Science.  Adam is an active member of the Chapin Chamber of Commerce and he enjoys coaching for the Irmo/Chapin Recreation Commission.
